How to Order
PRODUCT DETAILS PAGE
- • Go to the product details page.
- • Please select an item dropdown box to select the desired color and size, if available.
- • Click the [Add to Cart] button at the bottom of the product details. The item will be added to the top right corner of the screen.
MINICART
Click [Show Cart] link at the mini cart.
CART
All Items are displayed in the shopping cart. Confirm items (check each size, color, quantity) and click [Checkout] link.
CHECKOUT
If you are a registered customer, please log in. If you are not registered, please select "New? Please provide.." radio button, fill in the customer information, and click [Send Registration] button.
- STEP 1/4 - Please provide your shipping address. Click [NEXT].
- STEP 2/4 - Confirm "Shipping and Handling Fee" and click [NEXT].
- STEP 3/4 - Choose the Payment Method. click [NEXT].
- STEP 4/4 - If you have chosen Credit Card as Payment Method, please input your card information. (unnecessary for Paypal) At last, click the [CONFIRM ORDER] button. Your order procedure has been completed now.
After you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Please do a final check and make sure that you have input the correct information.After your ordered items have been shipped out, you will be provided a tracking number for your package by email. You can track the delivery status of your package with it.
About Our Products
Size
The sizes listed in the items descriptions are the one which we measure on the actual product. Please note that around ±1cm difference between the displayed size and the actual product may be possible. All measurements are made on a flat surface with the garment laid out flat.
Please use the measurements for reference. Pattern work for certain pieces can alter the fit, so if you are uncertain, please contact us.
Color
Colors may look different from the actual product due to the screen settings or the models of your computer monitors.
Fabrics, Materials, or Patterns
We will be working to post clear product images and close-ups of the fabric. Please feel free to inquire for additional images.
Other Notes
The products may be used for products photographing. We always strive to prevent damage to the product by having models wear innerwear.
Pricing
Prices for the products are NOT including shipping charges, the payment handling fee, customs and taxes of the customer's country. Displayed currency can be changed with the "Currency Change" selection box shown at the left side of the screen. (Conversion rates are the ones of the European Central Bank (ECB), being updated daily.)
The purchase is "Japanese Yen(Yen)" only. Converted prices will be reverted to Japanese Yen at the checkout.
Payment
PayPal and all major Credit Cards are the accepted forms of payment.
Shipping
Japan Post's Express Mail Service (EMS) is used for all international deliveries. EMS is easy, secure and is one of the fastest international shipping services, which can deliver up to 30kg luggage to more than 120 countries. Below, we have listed the shipping rates for packages up to 15kg.

Delivery Date

By using EMS Tracking Service, you can view the state of your luggage. Please click here. (*There are some areas that can not keep tracking.)
Packaging / Wrapping
To avoid damages to the products during their transit, all items will be securely packaged and reinforced with bubble wrap.
We offer gift wrapping for free. Please write down "gift wrapping" in the note field of checkout step(4/4) to opt for this option.
Return / Exchange
If a product(s) arrive damaged, please notify us within three days after delivery. We will refund the total amount (including shipping charges) or exchange it for another item. Store credit is also an option. We do not accept refund or exchange for any other reasons.
Cancellation
We accept cancelation if the goods have not been shipped from our shop yet. Please send cancel request by the inquiry form or Email.
