DEVOA 2021 Spring Summer Collection.
· About the leather
Made of calf leather made with the Vachetta process from GUIDI in Italy. This leather has a unique look with random wrinkles.
· About the design and pattern
The pattern is made with an original anatomical pattern. The look is uniform but the thickness of the leather on the back side and elbow joint is 0.8 mm thick and the other parts are 1.5 mm thick.
The thickness of the leather on the pattern part is changed to make it comfortable for the joints and movements.
The lining is an original silk fabric made by OLMETEX in Italy.

Concept: Our research starts with the understanding of the natural human body movements. DEVOA constructs of pattern toward movement of skin, muscle, and frame for an action. Human body keeps evolving and degenerating which are one and indivisible as the ages go by. We express clothing based on hypothesis and the theory of evolution which DEVOA interprets.
