DESCRIPTION
Yohji Yamamoto 2020-21 Autumn Winter Collection.
This is a middle length shirt made of a cupra fabric with a salt shrink treatment that was worn at the runway LOOK 15. Unlike the salt-shrink process of cotton material, the unique texture like a chalk mark on the surface expresses the deep texture. When it comes to cupra, it has a strong image of a relatively delicate material, but since the fabric is compacted by soaking it in sodium hydroxide, the fabric is slightly firm and has a tough look. In addition, this item has a unique uneven texture which is a feature of the salt shrink process and has a unique dry texture.
About Yohji Yamamoto
Designer : Yohji Yamamoto
Philosophy :Yohji Yamamoto is a man that needs no introduction. He is a world class, master fashion designer who represents Japan. Through the Homme collection, Mr. Yamamoto fully expresses his view of the world, creating garments for individuals who are unbound by social models. In his world, the ideal figure of a male is one with a free spirit and an air of mystery; a man who while being dandy has a comical side to his individuality. The Homme collection has been a part of the Paris Faschion Collection since 1984.
