[Apology]Regarding duplicates of the email, "newsletter cancellation” being sent

On December 7th (Thursday) around 18:50 to around 20:00, a problem occurred in which e-mails "Newsletter cancellation complete" were transmitted continuously.

We apologize deeply for this and for all the inconvenience caused.


The reason for this is as followed,
There was a mistake with the staff that was operating the newsletter subscription management at the time, it erroneously changed all the customer’s contents of distribution all at once. We tried to stop it on the system while the it was reading, it looped but was stopped eventually.
There was no leakage of your personal information due to this misoperation. Please be assured as we have strict control over the information we keep from customers.

We take this matter very seriously. We will review and confirm the work procedure more thoroughly so that there will be no such accidents in the future. We appreciate your continued support of FAS-GROUP in the future.
