ZIGGY CHEN 2022 Spring Summer Collection.
This is an open collar shirt with a Scholar print which is a symbolic motif of the 2022 SS collection theme "INACGRAPHY". ZIGGY CHEN has touched upon classical Chinese paintings and mysterious figures that appear on religious iconography since his childhood. This is a conceptual item with a Scholar print with a graphic created by collage and reconstruction with other unrelated materials. It can be used as a throw-on outer or inner shirt. The fabric is made of cotton and 10% wool mixed with ultralight gabardine. This is an item that can be used all year round regardless of autumn and winter, spring and summer. In addition, striped cotton cupra fabric, which has been used since the 20 SS season, is used for the reverse side and the back of the yoke in order to make the season ambiguous. This fabric was developed independently in Italy by ZIGGY CHEN, who specified everything from the machine shop to the dyeing factory.
