UMA WANG 2023 Spring Summer Collection.
A striped shirt with vivid deep red buttons contrasting with the subdued, austere tones of the traditional colors of China, the designer's native country, which are often derived from minerals such as rock paints.The front and back body, sleeves, and shoulder yokes are made of a combination of fabrics with different dyed tones for each part.The front also features a semi-fly front with a subtle design that is just half visible when the buttons are closed.The silhouette is a loose silhouette.

Fresh from her first show in the official schedule of Paris fashion week, Uma Wang can be defined as one of China's first global labels.
Since the launch of her label in 2009, she has showcased runway collections in London, Shanghai and Milan fashion weeks and she has garnered critical acclaim from the industry.
Wang trained at the Chinese Textile University in Shanghai and at Central Saint Martins in London.
She launched her own label in 2009 and Italian Vogue labelled her an 'up and coming talent'.
In 2012, the Council of Fashion Designers of America picked Uma Wang for its inaugural China Exchange.
Uma Wang's signature technique fuses knit with fabric, balancing sophistication with a timeless design. Continuously researching in transforming materials and images into precious fabrics and shapes, she is on constantly travelling around the world, where different cultures and fascinating stories inspire her for her next collection.
