DESCRIPTION
GUIDI Shoes Collection.
This is a pair of slip-on shoes made from espadrille which is originally made of hemp on the sole and canvas fabric on the upper.The upper is woven with kangaroo leather.The knitted design itself was developed before with back zip boots, but by adding it to slip-ons, the soft texture of GUIDI's characteristic leather is left as it is to produce a light feeling.

In 1896 in「CONCERIA GUIDI E ROSELLINI」was established by Guido Guidi, Giovanni Rosellini, and Gino Ulivo in Pescia, Tuscany, where leather tanning can be traced back to the Middle Ages. Now the Guidi tannery is run by Ruggero Guidi who rejects mass production logic and focuses on his own research. He is always looking for a balance between advanced technologies while keeping respect for tradition and skill.
